Terms of use

1. Nature of the service: Qaimah is a tool for preparing draft financial statements in accordance with IFRS as endorsed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The platform is a preparation tool only and provides no audit, review, assurance or professional advisory service.

2. User responsibility: Management of the entity and the using firm remain responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of the financial statements and for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered (including the trial balance). Every platform output is a draft subject to review and approval by the responsible party before any use.

3. No professional opinion: No professional opinion is issued through the platform; the output disclaimer is displayed on all platform outputs and may not be removed.

4. Payment: The platform operates a prepaid-wallet model; preview before payment, with final exports unlocked after payment.

5. Data and confidentiality: Entity data is processed confidentially and used solely to provide the service, per the privacy policy.

6. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
