A tool built for one profession, in one market, with rules that do not move.
Why
Qaimah is a new Saudi platform, and this is its first public release. We do not yet have a customer list to cite, and we have no intention of inventing one — what is on these pages is what the platform actually does today, and you can verify it yourself on one engagement before paying anything.
The idea started from something anyone who has prepared a set of financial statements knows: the effort does not go into professional judgement. It goes into copying from a trial balance into a template, formatting the template, and reconciling what will not reconcile. That part can be automated precisely. The other part cannot — and should not be.
So the platform is built on a strict separation: software computes, presents and validates; a qualified accountant reviews, decides and approves. No language model produces a figure in the statements, the system issues no professional opinion, and no output is released without carrying its disclaimer.
Principles we do not trade away
Figures are computed, never suggested
No figure in the financial statements is produced or altered by a language model. AI proposes a classification; accounting code computes.
One source for the numbers
PDF, Excel and Word render from a single model; nothing is recomputed at export, so no format can disagree with another.
The output is always a draft
No professional opinion, no assurance, no approval. The disclaimer is embedded in every output and is not removable.
Professional content is data, not code
The line-item catalog, the policies, the mapping rules, the legal forms and the pricing are all content that can be updated without changing the software.
The reporting framework
The platform works to IFRS as endorsed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants, in both forms: the full standards and the IFRS for SMEs standard. Qaimah is not a standard-setter and does not interpret the standards on a user's behalf.
